
Maria Wiemann graduated from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1991, and joined Milby, PLLC in 2009. She has experience as a counselor and litigator in state and federal courts handling labor and employment disputes, immigration matters, commercial matters, and construction related disputes.
Maria was born in Colombo, Sri Lanka and spent her formative years in Canada and the United States. Maria has a passion for Immigration Law and its relationship to other legal issues. She is currently expanding the Milby, PLLC Immigration Practice and would be happy to assist you with your immigration, employment and business related issues.
Ms. Wiemann interned as a Briefing Attorney for Judge Martin Hoffman of the 68th Judicial District Court in Dallas Texas.
