A native of London and six year resident of Dallas by way of California, New York and Houston, Diren has, throughout a fourteen year career representing a broad range of clients from startups and individual professionals to Fortune 500 companies, been trusted counsel to a number of innovative and dynamic companies all over the country.
With Milby PLLC, Diren focuses on commercial, construction and energy law as well as the protection of licensed design and financial professionals. His recent work includes protecting accounting, engineering, architecture, technology and construction companies in complex multiparty professional negligence, deceptive trade practice, fiduciary duty, intellectual property, environmental liability and breach of contract suits in Texas state courts, in federal courts across the U.S., and before specialized arbitration tribunals.
