
Mr. Gardner represents a variety of businesses, corporations, and entrepreneurs in litigation and corporate matters throughout the United States. Mr. Gardner’s practice focuses on business, commercial, and construction litigation and the defense of professional liability claims against engineers, architects, accountants, and other professionals.
Mr. Gardner has litigated, mediated, and/or arbitrated multi-million dollar litigation and was designated by the Dallas Young Lawyers Association as “the one to watch” in 2008.

Gainesville Independent School District v. Raymond L. Darrow, et al., cause no. 07-408, in the 235th Judicial District Court, Cooke County, Texas, (defense of contractor in a complex, multi-party construction defect lawsuit [$1.4 million damages claim] resulted in dismissal of all claims - no settlement money paid)
- Defense of noncompete and theft of trade secret claim, including criminal theft charges, on behalf of construction company owner resulted in dismissal of all civil and criminal charges and no settlement money paid.
- Prosecution of business dispute (nonpayment of design fees) on behalf of architectural firm resulted in recovery of all fees.
- Defense of copyright infringement claim on behalf of architectural firm resulted in dismissal of all claims and no settlement money paid.
