Environmental Law

We have represented clients in various aspects of environmental law claims, including real property contamination (soil and goundwater pollution, CERCLA and RCRA matters), and the potential tort liability for personal injuries caused by exposure to hazardous materials such as lead-based paint, lead, mold asbestos, and silica (Mr. Milby successfully negotiated the dismissal of over 400 separate personal injury claims based on silica exposure on behalf of global products manufacturer - no settlement money paid).

Mr. Milby has his Certification in Environmental and Natural Resources Law and is a graduate of Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College, the nation's top environmental law school for over a decade.
